ServoXciter and Brushless Servos
Hi there! I am considering of upgrading to brushless servos soon and I'm just wondering if the ServoXciter will still work with these new Brushless Servos made by Futaba?

We have not yet tested the ServoXciter with brushless-motored servos, but if the servo is designed for standard servo pulses ( 1ms to 2ms, 50Hz) then it should have no problem driving them. Alan

Thank you for your reply. I will await any findings if ServoXciter will still be able to give the same accurate readings as with digital and analogue servos before I make the switch to brushless. For safety issues, it's really very important for me to be able to test my servos prior to any AP work. I hope you can do a test on this so we can have direct confirmation from Vexacontrol (being the manufacturer) that ServoXciter will still work with brushless-motored servos. Clement

We will be heading to Perry, GA for the big model show and swap meet in two weeks. I'm sure we will have the opportunity to try the ServoXciter on brushless-motored servos there. I will keep you informed of the results. Thanks, Alan
