Can I use my receiver battery pack to power the ServoXciter?
Yes, with the aid of a standard servo Y-harness. - Remove the 9-volt battery from the ServoXciter EF. - Plug the male end of the Y-harness into the SERVO port of the ServoXciter. - Plug the receiver battery pack into one of the female ends of the Y-harness. - Plug the servo into the other female end of the Y-harness. As soon as you plug in the battery pack the ServoXciter will turn ON. *This method has two drawbacks - the power button won't turn OFF the ServoXciter, and the current meter features will not work. *Please only use a 4 cell battery pack. More voltage than 5.5VDC will begin darkening the contrast of the LCD display (6V or over will make the LCD almost unreadable).
